Opera Roses is a small winery with a surface area of 7,5 ha located on the hills of Valtènesi. It is the first and unique winery in Italy specialized in the production of still rosé wines.
The tasting includes the degustation of the four rosé wines, with the explanation of their own identity and characteristics. It will continue with the tasting of the new projects “Étoile” Gin Rosa or of our pink Vermouth “Ballerina”, both produced with a base of our wines.

- 1 at your choice: “Étoile” Gin Rosa (produced with a base of 40% of Opera wine) OR “Ballerina” Pink Vermouth (produced with a base of 30% of Chloe and 30% of Rocco)

The tasting will be paired with the products from our Bottega Contadina and savoury pastries from our bakery.
If you are vegetarian or vegan, kindly let us know and we will be happy to prepare an alternative for you to pair with our organic and vegan wines. If you have allergies or food intolerances, kindly inform us when you book your visit.

The experience must always be booked in advance by email at enoteca@pratello.com or by phone on 030 9907005.
Prepayment of the experience Is required.
The experience already booked can be cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled date.
Cancellation 24 hours before the start time of the experience is allowed and the customer will be entitled to a voucher equal to the amount paid or can directly reschedule their booked activity.
If the customer cancels the experience 24 hours or less of the event (therefore without respecting the terms above) they will not be entitled to any refund, voucher or rescheduling.
No cash refund is provided.
